INTRODUCTION:-

We generally scale people as excellent, average or poor according to their hard skills (academic performance, marks, degree, etc) technically known as intelligence quotient (IQ) which is being emphasized in schools, colleges, etc.

At the same time we never talk about their soft skills (life skills, thinking skills, attitude, etiquettes etc.) technically known as emotional quotient (EQ) which is not being taught directly in any institution.

According to the NATIONAL SAMPLE SURVEY ORGANIZATION (NSSO) only 15% success in job or business comes from HARD SKILLS of a person and remaining 85% comes from his/her SOFT SKILLS.

Still we focus only on developing hard skills i.e. subjective knowledge we gain in schools, colleges, etc. which has created a situation where maximum youth of our country is facing the problem of unemployment and failure in different walk of life.

The fact is that the soft skills are not easy to be taught, so our research and development team has found a unique way to develop 32 soft skills of a person through the process of involvement and interaction.

Content:-

Grammar Portion

Grammar is very important within the English language, since it is, in effect, the glue that holds the language together. With the use of incorrect grammar sentences can become meaningless and their message is unclear. This means that you aren’t able to communicate effectively and the person who is reading your work may well be quite confused as to your meaning.

In effect, grammar is the way in which sentences are structured and the language is formatted, so whilst it may be considered a bit boring to study correct grammar, it really is worth the time and effort.

If you don’t know the rules of grammar, then you will never be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the English language. So we teach require grammar portion which is essential for spoken English and letter writing.

Introduction ourselves

As you know that the first impression is the last impression and introduction is the first step in any interview so that it ought to be impeccable and it should show the good confidence level before the interviewer. If a candidate would be able to give good introduction so the half of the interview could be in his reach.

Hesitation Removal

If someone says that I have hesitation it means that he is surrounded by his self doubt and negative thoughts. Hesitation doesn’t let anyone complete his goal in spite of having good skill in his own field. He cannot express his idea and thought and feel defeated. Vocabulary Build up

Pronunciation

Everybody wants to be able to speak English like a native speaker, but English pronunciation is always a big problem to the learner.

Bad English pronunciation may confuse people even if you used advanced English grammar. We can use simple words and simple grammar structures that make people understand you but we cannot use "simple pronunciation".

On the other hand, good English pronunciation will make people understand you easily and be willing to listen to you!

Presentation Skills

Presentation is a way to express your ideas and information to a group. We deliver some training to the students which enable them to build an attractive presentation with good ideas and formatting.

Public Speaking

Public speaking is the process of speaking to a group of people in a structured, deliberate manner intended to inform, influence, or entertain the listeners. By learning how to effectively speak in public, you'll be able to increase your own self-confidence. Public speaking regularly (and well) helps to make you more comfortable around other people, including strangers.

Using public speaking effectively will allow you to make a difference in your business, job, community and perhaps even the world. Public speaking ability is a true career booster.

Interview Skills

Interviewing skills are very important. Interviewing shows many things about you. Are you a good communicator? Are you prepared? If you cannot convince someone that you are worth the job you are applying for, then how can they rely on you to convince clients you are worth it? The ability to sell yourself to employers and clients is a crucial component to success.

Resume Making

Resumes are often the first impression an employer will have of you. If your resume is disorganized or messy, they'll think your work habits are the same. A resume is your own personal document that outlines your past work experience, your past education, you’re past achievements, as well as your current objectives. If your resume can not capture the interviewer attention within 30 seconds then your chance to be selected would be lesser.

Personality development

Personality is the sum total of ways in which an individual reacts and interacts with others. Or Personality is generally defined as the deeply ingrained and relatively enduring patterns of thought, feeling and behavior. In fact, when one refers to personality, it generally implies to all what is unique about an individual, the characteristics that makes one stand out in a crowd.

Personalities is the sum total of individual’s Psychological traits, characteristics, motives, habits, attitudes, beliefs and outlooks.

Group discussion

A GD is a methodology used by an organization to gauge whether the candidate has certain personality traits and/or skills that it desires in its members. In this methodology, the group of candidates is given a topic or a situation, given a few minutes to think about the same, and then asked to discuss it among themselves for 15-20 minutes.

Debate

We conduct debate in the workshop time to time which creates some important skill in the participants like team spirit, public speaking, analytical power, research skill and listening and note taking skill.

Picture composition

This process stimulates and motivates students to become more observant and express themselves It brings reality and fun in to the classes.

Letter writing

Letter writing Skills is the art to show your feeling, ideas and thought in written form. It’s a formal communication and need a well format and attractive vocabulary. We give some good and useful phrases and format which will help them to write an attractive letters.

Extempore

It is something without preparation or impromptu. In extempore students are asked to speak on a topic which is given to him spontaneously. This act helps the students in developing their thoughts and gives them opportunity to accomplish any task impromptu or without preparation.

Story writing

In story writing session students are given some phrases and they have to write a story using these phrases effectively. Story can be romantic, humorous, thrilled, suspense etc. It shows their interest and help them learn how to organize and express their thoughts.

Events

At the last of the workshop we conduct events to create a competitive atmosphere among the students. We conduct some events like Solo presentation, Director cut, Extempore, Picture composition, Debate competition etc. Best students, best team and runner ups are awarded at the final day through the chief guest. It gives student a motivation to act and come on the stage and make their team winner. By the events students often forget their hesitation and do anything for their team.
