Mahavir Group of Society Regd. Under Society Act 1860 Vide Registration No. S/59777/2007 (Regd. NGO UNIQUE ID VO/NGO DL/2009/0005948 in DELHI & Regd. NGO ID No.3950321156 in INDIA) under Society Act. 1860 Govt. of India & Registration U/S 12A and 80G(5)(vi) of the Income Tax Act. 1961 in June, 2010.

It was established with the noble mission to provide computer education to the poor and needy in the rural areas besides running various job oriented computer courses. MAHAVIR GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS (MGI) is registered as the Facilitation Centre to coduct training and fielding candidates for National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), (erstwhile DOEACC Society). NIELIT is engaged both in Formal & Non-Formal Education in the area of IECT besides development of industry oriented quality education and training programmes in the state-of-the-art areas.
